Reason #3 why Google ERP solutions will win: ROI

How come that Google succeeds in attracting more and more consultants? My third blog in a series that shares light on causes for the accelerating adoption of Google Cloud in the Professional Services Industry.

In my recent blogs, I explained that the prevailing ‘cloud first’ IT strategy is one of the main drivers for the strong acceleration in the adoption of Google. Another one is Mobile.

A third important factor for acceptance and adoption is ROI: costs versus revenues. Many consultancies have embarked on their own business case for cloud products and services. And whatever are included or excluded when calculating: Google offers a much better price-performance ratio. Again another tick in the box.

But we are just touching the basics here: the productivity office applications such as old school text processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email and such. Microsoft still has a significant market share, but Google is enjoying the momentum.

In my next blog, I will look into the battle for the verticals as another strong driver for the growth of Google. Stay tuned!
