Our Customer Success Program contributes and helps you to make to most of it. The program contains the following 4 area's;

    Is your environment, that uses our solution(s) in the right condition? Within a minimum of hours, depending on the size of your organisation, we can tell you (report) how fit this environment is. Improvements can be made.

  • Training/Workshops
    Are you getting the most out of your investment? Check out our training and awareness offerings that contribute to a high adoption rate within your organisation.
  • Organisational
    We can accompany you on the journey and make sure it remains "light". A cloud strategy does accelerate your innovation and achieve business objectives. In addition, the application landscape is the starting point for identifying tactical cloud migrations. Together with you we design a foundation consisting of a cloud architecture, designing processes and selecting tools.
  • Support
    Expecting high quality and assured response times? Get the support you need. Check out our Service Level Agreement as part of our support contract.
